| I know I am gonna catch some crap for this one, but oh well. I went ahead and took a chance as I have done in the past. Harry(Ztuner) mentioned to me on the phone recently that it was a decent alternative. So I figured I would go for it. This kit is very complete. Has new injector caps all the hardware to install, O-rings, injector clips, some neat adapters to install the newer style injectors in the old rails and of course reworked injectors. I bought the 740's just so make sure that no time in the future will I need anymore injector. Installed in the rails, the injector might not be sitting low enough in the rail. I am not sure if this causes any issues. I was told by harry that compared to how these injector sit they are about 1mm higher than stock. It also appears from the pictures that the injector may not be sitting far enough down in the rail. I assure you the O-ring is all the way in.

Because I had alot of bad luck (3 times) with o-rings rolling when I put the 555's in a few years ago. I pressurized the fuel system before I put everyting back together. It didn't leak so everything seemed to hold to start off with.
Instructions were ok, even I was able to understand them. There are a couple of things I don't like about them. They don't mention anything about putting the new clips on. I read on here a while ago that you just put the larger wire to the larger wire on the clips. That worked out fine. The instructions also do not mention having to grind on the plenum to get the #1 to clear so you can put the clip on. Again not a really big deal, but it is something they should mention. Last thing about this. Latency on the ECU. I have a wideband on my car and that DEFINITLY helped to get that where it needs to be. I took Harry's advice and set the latency to 111ms instead of the 75ms. That left me idling at about 12.8:1. Which was way too rich. I dropped it to 83ms which left me idling around 16.7:1. After about four different burns I settled at 100ms. That has me idling still a bit on the rich side 14.4 or so. But the idle is nice and smooth. I think 99 or 98ms might be the sweet spot for mine. If you don't have a EPROM burner and a wideband this may not be the best idea for you. Just a PITA to keep burning installing the chip back and forth until you get it right. I was thinking during all this how much nicer it would be to have a ZEM or at the very least a ROMULATOR. All in all I am happy with my desision to give these a try. Any questions I will try and answer as best as I can
